Trying to find the problem I opened the whole collar,
and finnaly realized it was a matter of battery

Electronic – Noise reduction

I had to use a coaxial cable between my bluetooth handset and the audio amplifier to reduce the noise made by the mobile phone waves.

Bought a bluetooth handset,
Opened it,
Wired a very first version of my circuit,
Power supply + sound amplification + big speaker,
Testing the bluetooth connection to the phone.
